NextGeneration EU Funded Project
This school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. This funding was used to procure additional ICT and coding equipment to support children in their STEM learning.
The current school year has placed different demands on the school community. We endeavour to maintain a consistent manner of supporting all pupils. Communicating and teaching through online platforms has become a key element of school life and an important tool in linking school and home.
This page sets out the online platforms and programmes in use across the school. The classes are already accessing content in this manner and we ask parents to please familiarise themselves with the expectations of what their child should be working on at home daily where possible and in the event of closures if the need should arise.
We recognise that accessing online content places different demands on families. For this reason we have put together some links with step by step instructions for each of the platforms in use.
